Microsoft has showcased the Windows Phone 7 Series device which have made by Samsung during the MIX 2010 event in Las Vegas. Called the Samsung Slate, the handset features a Qwerty keyboard, a ARMv7 Cortex/Scorpion CPU, and 256MB RAM with 8GB flash for storage. Other features include a 5 MP camera with flash and dedicated camera button, 3 hardware buttons (Start, Search, and Back), Capacitive touch screen with 4 or more contact points, Only two possible screen resolutions – 800×480 and 480×320 , Codec acceleration for multimedia, A-GPS, Accelerometer, Compass, Light, Proximity, and DirectX 9 accelerated GPU.

Samsung is going to release a couple of portable media players in the U.S from April, the Samsung R1 and Samsung R0, each PMPs will be available in 8GB and 16GB storage capacities. Both PMPs incorporating the Samsungs Digital Natural Sound Engine (DNSe) 3.0 sound enhancement technology and supports a range of popular formats including DivX, XviD, H.264 and WMV. The only difference is that the R1 packs a 2.4-inch LCD touchscreen display with an user-friendly drag and drop feature, Bluetooth connectivity, FM tuner, and a rechargeable battery that provides up to 50 hours of audio playback or 4 hours of video. As for the R0 is a premium device with a stylish design, convenient user interface and exceptional multimedia capabilities. It features 2.6 TFT LCD screen with Drag & Drop functionality, MicroSD memory slot, Black, Silver or Pink of colors, and offers up to 6 hours of video playback.

Pentax just rolled out their 645D medium format DSLR camera, where it will holds a title as the company first digital version 645 medium format camera system, featuring a 40-megapixel sensor, 44 x 33 CCD sensor, 921k pixel 3-inch LCD, Dual SD/SDHC memory card slots, and compatible with existing 645 system lenses. The camera will be powered by rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which can capture approximately 800 images when fully charged. The Pentax 645D is scheduled to available in Japan from May 2010 and will purportedly retail at 850,000 (about $9,400).

Onyko presents the TX-SR608 receiver, where it feature HDMI 1.4 capability, offering six inputs with repeater as well as single HDMI output that ability to passing 3D video, and upscale to 1080p. Set to available on April for $599, the Onkyo TX-SR608 also decoded all HD audio formats utilize the 192kHz/24-bit Burr-Brown DACs. It has Dual subwoofer outputs as well as 7 x 160W output.

The new TX-SR608 7.2-channel THX-Select2 Plus certified receiver has new power amplifier section that uses three-stage inverted Darlington output topology, and a power boost from 90 to 100 watts. Chinese-based manufacturer, RAmos has just unveiled their new T7+ Portable Media Player (or PMP), and keeping in line with most PMPs worth their salt, RAmos made sure it is able to handle High Definition output at both 720p and 1080p. The RAmos T7+ also comes with a 7-inch (800 x 480) display screen, and HDMI out. The player also can play a variety of HD video file formats, including MKV and H.264. The iPad pre-orders will start on March 12 through the Apple Online Store. The iPad will pre-installed with iTunes and the App Store and has a virtual keyboard for typing, as well as pop-over menus. The upcoming HTC Incredible phone has been leaked out around the net. This handset is reported to comes with Snapdragon CPU, Android 2.1 with Sense UI, 256MB of memory, an optical pointer, dual LED camera flashes, a 3.5-inch or 3.7-inch with WVGA resolution (unconfirmed, but possibly AMOLED-based) and more. No idea on pricing, but the HTC Incredible expect to hit Verizon network soon.

Measuring 222 x 161 x 9mm and weighs 370g, the DR-900 packs a 9-inch SiPix e-paper display with 1024768 resolution at 150ppi and 16-grey scale, WIFi 802.11g and optional 3G HSDPA connectivity for accessing the online bookstore including news and web browsing, 4GB internal memory, and SD memory card slot. Nokia unveiled the C5, the company’s latest C-Series smartphone that focused on social networking and content sharing, includes access to Nokias range of mobile services, such as free navigation. This candy-bar phone include HSPA connectivity for Web surfing, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 2 GB of microSD storage that’s upgradable to 16 GB. The Nokia C5 allows users connect with their most frequent contacts via Facebook integration into address books and contacts and home screen access to contacts. Facebook status updates and other social networking content is visible in the smartphone’s contacts address book.
